By using thesyndicatesecurity.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is informational. It describes The Syndicate Security LLC's Syndi-Kit tactical drone ISR and Counter-UAS services, our team, and how to request a briefing. The Site is not a storefront — no purchases, payments, or bookings are made through it.

All text, graphics, logos, and the “Syndi-Kit” and “The Syndicate Security” names are the property of The Syndicate Security LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Submitting the “Request a Briefing” form starts a conversation — it is not an order or a binding agreement. Any actual deployment of Syndi-Kit equipment or personnel is governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work between The Syndicate Security LLC and the client, negotiated after that conversation.

The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but don't guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Syndicate Security LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit liability arising under a separately signed service agreement.

The Site links to partner organizations and press coverage for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Syndicate Security LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
