The Syndicate Security LLC (“we,” “us”) operates thesyndicatesecurity.com. This page describes what information the site collects when you use it, how that information is used, and who it is shared with.

The only information this site collects directly from you is what you submit through the “Request a Briefing” contact form: your name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type, and message. We also log the IP address a submission comes from, solely to detect and block automated spam.

We do not require an account, and there is no area of the site where you enter payment or financial information.

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry. Submissions are emailed directly to our team through a Google Workspace relay — the site does not keep a separate database of past inquiries.

This site uses a self-hosted, privacy-respecting analytics tool (GoatCounter) to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and only records aggregate statistics — it cannot identify you personally. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party trackers of any kind.

We do not sell, rent, or share the information you submit with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your submission is only visible to the team member(s) at The Syndicate Security who respond to inquiries.

Since submissions are delivered by email rather than stored in a site database, they are retained for as long as that email correspondence is kept in our inbox, in line with our normal business email retention practices.

You can ask us to tell you what information we have from a submission you made, or to delete it, at any time by emailing izzy@thesyndicatesecurity.com.

The site is served entirely over HTTPS, and the contact form is rate-limited and filtered for automated abuse before any message reaches us.

This site is intended for law enforcement, event organizers, and security professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the date above.
